My Journey

My path to coaching wellness professionals has been anything but linear. I majored in Business Management in college and began my professional career as a teacher, spending several years teaching business electives to high school students. While I loved sharing my knowledge, I eventually found myself burned out and yearning for something more fulfilling.

That’s when I decided to follow my passion for wellness and helping others. I went to massage school and, with a solid foundation in business, built a thriving massage practice. I didn’t just create a job for myself–I build a business, complete with a small staff, that allowed me to serve clients while growing something I was proud of.

But then I realized along the way: wellness professionals are a different breed. We’re heart-centered individuals who truly want to make a positive impact on the world. We’re empathetic, intuitive, driven by a deeper purpose. At the same time, we often find business challenges frustrating because they feel out of alignment with the work we are passionate about.

That’s why I shifted my focus to helping other wellness professionals achieve the same success.
